All orders ship free, no minimum.

Flat/Rolled Shipping
Most print orders ship flat but some may ship rolled (especially if above 8×10.) If you need to guarantee your prints shipped flat there is a $7 shipping fee.

Returns
Prints and originals are packaged for protection but will be replaced in the event of damage upon arrival. I insure my originals when I ship them. I primarily use FedEx and USPS. Please contact me right away if there is an issue.

Due to the nature of my business I do not accept returns outside of shipping damages. However, please contact me if you’re not fully satisfied with any item.

Local Pickup
Use LOCALPICKUP at checkout for 10% off local pickup custom orders only, not available for prints.

I rarely turn down a job and do my best to meet every request I can! If you need something quicker than my usual turnaround please let me know the date you need it by so we can see if it’s doable.

I can add expedited shipping upon request.

Expect 2-4 weeks for most custom jobs. Maps may take longer, smaller (5×7) sized items may ship quicker.

If you need your art by a specific date please indicate that so I can work with it!

I’ve worked hard to find an excellent printer to work with. My prints are on fine art Giclee paper that is textured. They look very similar to original watercolor paintings!

My custom work is painted on 100% cotton paper of high quality and thickness.

The nature of watercolor is that it can warp the paper. I flatten my paintings before shipping but there still can be a possibility of some warping or rippling that should be minimal and flatten out when framed.
